We have equipment for cutting thin sheet metal parts and tube cutting in materials such as metal, plastic, ceramics, etc. with material thicknesses from ultra-thin to 2 mm. Complexity, accuracy, finish and quality are matched to the job and performed with state-of-the-art knowledge and equipment.

Covi Precision specializes in rotary cutting of precision and cannula tubes. We have many years of experience in manufacturing filling needles, probes, cannulae, stents and flexible tubes in a variety of materials for a wide range of components and devices.

Polymer foil and pipes

Covi Precision has experience and technology for laser cutting thin polymer films and tubes.
Laser cutting in these materials ensures high precision and consistency in repetitive processes. This cutting technology prevents the material from fraying and also prevents notching along the cutting edge, resulting in a clean and precise cut.

The technology is an excellent alternative for punching and waterjet cutting of polymer gaskets, membranes, filters and other polymer products where cleanliness and accuracy are essential for product quality.
