Deburring and rolling
Although our laser processes leave an almost burr-free and smooth surface, in some cases it is desirable that we perform a deburring or finishing operation to give a specific surface finish.
We have various options for such finishing, be it mechanical, chemical, and in many cases using rolling equipment and a large number of different rolling media, specifically targeted for rolling micro components and jewelry.
Passivation, washing and ultrasound
Covi Precision has in-house processes for both passivation and ultrasound treatment, which are offered when requested.
Mechanical machining
Covi Precision has the equipment, experience and staff to perform a variety of mechanical finishing operations when required. These include countersinking, edge chamfering, surface milling, hole drilling, grinding, engraving and more to complement our laser machining.
Surface treatment
Covi Precision has quality-approved partner suppliers for a number of surface processes, such as gold plating, anodizing, hardening and various chemical surface treatments.
Packing and storage
If you as a customer have specific packaging and packing requirements, we are happy to help.
Covi Precision has inventory management agreements with a number of customers, always optimized for each individual's needs and capabilities.
